000form.com provides an online tool for creating, managing, and processing web forms and form-based documents. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

User Content

You are solely responsible for all documents and other content you upload or process through the Service ("User Content"). You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses and rights to use and authorize us to process your User Content as described in these Terms.

• You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. We do not claim any ownership over your forms or documents.
• We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, is in violation of these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

Termination
