Core needs a free account but adds a dashboard, permanent submission history, spam filtering, CSV export, and team access. Core's free tier includes 50 submissions a month; paid Core plans raise that limit and add team seats.

Yes. Express has no submission cap and no cost — it's built for people who just want form submissions delivered by email without managing an account. If you later want submission history, spam filtering, or a dashboard, you can move to Core at any time.

Every submission is checked before it reaches you. Anything flagged as spam is blocked automatically and kept out of your inbox. On Core, blocked submissions are still logged in your dashboard so you can review or recover them; on Express, they're simply not delivered.

On Core, submissions are stored permanently until you delete them, and you can export everything to CSV at any time. We handle submitted data with GDPR principles in mind, including data minimization and your right to delete. On Express, submissions are delivered by email and aren't retained in a dashboard, since there's no account to store them against.
