14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase on all subscription plans. The refund amount depends on whether your plan's submission quota has been consumed during the refund period.

✅ Full Refund — No Submissions Used

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not processed any form submissions from your current billing cycle's quota, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

📊 Proportionate Refund — Partial Usage

If you have consumed a portion of your allocated submission quota within the 14-day window, you may request a proportionate refund based on the unused quota remaining. The refund is calculated as follows:

Refund Calculation

Refund Amount = (Unused Submissions ÷ Total Allocated Submissions) × Amount Paid

For example, if you purchased a plan at $20 with 1,000 submissions and used 200, your remaining 800 submissions would entitle you to a refund of approximately $16.00.

After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be honoured. Once the refund period has lapsed, all payments — including subscriptions, renewals, and plan upgrades — are considered final and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • Unused submission quota from the current billing cycle will remain available until the period ends, after which it expires.
  • Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must submit a separate refund request within the 14-day window if eligible.
  • Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or stored form submission data. You may request data deletion separately by contacting us.

To initiate a refund, please contact our team with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Plan purchased and amount paid
  • Number of submissions used (if any)
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day refund window.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors not reported within 7 days of the transaction.

In exceptional circumstances — such as verified duplicate charges or billing errors on our part — we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
